My wife Colleen and I would just like to send you a letter thanking you for all your help with your new home. This is the 2nd home we’ve built in the past 5 years. Our other home in Gladwin Michigan was a real test of our patience. It too is beautiful but it was a struggle to get it that way. The communication was minimal at best and following up with progress was slow and uncertain.
We took our time looking at builders and several factors played into our decisions. The most important was how we felt with the builder. You made us feel welcome and comfortable from the start. It certainly was a pleasure working with you before, during and even after the construction of our home. You definitely made the process of buying and building a home less stressful than I suppose it could have been. You have been very accommodating and always kept us up to speed with the progress of our home during all phases of the build. We really love our home.
